The Fusion Exchange is coming to San Francisco this January!
What does this mean…?
If you made it to our past fusion exchanges in Houston, Portland, San Diego, or Boston, you know that we run the cross-genre dance event of the year! This year, we’re in beautiful San Francisco, California, for THREE FULL DAYS of classes and THREE FULL NIGHTS of dancing.
Registration opens August 18th, with BIG discounts. Don’t miss out!
What is Fusion?
Fusion is the combination of dance styles to best match the music that is playing. It is driven solely by the sounds, melodies, and rhythms contained in the music and interpreted by the dancers. Fusion blends a multitude of dances — particularly blues, tango, west coast swing, lindy, waltz, and hip-hop — in any combination. The fusion exchange is about embracing our varied backgrounds to create something new. It has no defined aesthetic. It is, simply put, imagination in motion.
