Well it just so happens that if you missed him on the boat, you can catch him at Harvelle’s this Thursday at 8PM with some of his friends!!
Gary is the founder of the non-profit group “Harmonikids” and is throwing a Benefit for Haiti Relief Concert to provide unique music therapy to Haitian orphans!

Blues musician Gary Allegretto is throwing a benefit concert at Harvelle’s on Thursday, March 11th to take his nonprofit organization Harmonikids on a music therapy mission to aid orphans in Haiti.
The benefit show will start at 8 PM with a special 45 minute screening of the harmonica documentary film “Pocket Full of Soul”, which recently won the Blues Foundation “Keeping the Blues Alive Award”. Following the screening at 9 PM some of Los Angeles’ top harmonica-driven Blues acts will perform, including Jimmy Z, JT Ross, and Gary Allegretto. More will be announced, and many prominent surprise musical and celebrity guests are expected. 100% of your tax-deductible donation at the door will go to Harmonikids mission.

Harmonikids is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides music therapy to special needs children worldwide. Since 1985 Harmonikids has been actively providing the therapeutic healing power of music to kids with incredible physical and emotional challenges.
Missions have included those traumatized by such natural disasters as the tsunami disaster in Indonesia and Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana. In Allegretto’s word,
“Harmonikids directly provides these children shiny new harmonicas and gentle, entertaining music lessons in the most devastating time of their life. In spite of their hardship, kids are irresistibly drawn to the harmonica with it’s child-friendly simplicity, pocket-sized portability, and warm voice-like tone.
