The Fusion Exchange is coming to San Diego this January!
What does this mean…?
It means that dancers from all over the nation (if not the world) will be coming to San Diego to get a dose of sunshine and creativity. The Fusion Exchange moves around the country, spreading the joy of mixing dance styles to make the most of any song.
Here’s how they describe it on the website:
Experience the passion of dancing by using the combination of all your dance knowledge (whether it be blues, west coast, slow lindy, soul, argentine tango, or any other dance) so that you can best create your own style to fit the music.

What you can do:
* If you would like to help out, one of the easiest things you can do is offer housing for out-of-towners. This is a great way to meet new people from all over the country. You can make friends and get inspired by new styles of dance. It also gives you contacts for when you are on the road.

They are providing hotel rooms for $45 a night but there only 30 of the 50 reserved are still available! Shuttles are being provided between dances. There’s also a student discount! As of yesterday there were only 2 more follow all access passes at the $165 price. After that it goes up to $175!

You can listen to full cuts of hundreds of past and future fusion dance songs for free, from any internet browser.
